Shipping & Delivery

All orders from SAMAH are shipped through India Post, both domestically and internationally. Domestic orders typically take 3 to 10 days for delivery, depending on the distance. Please note that unforeseeable delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances.

For urgent orders, you can inform us in advance via WhatsApp (+91 8891 220017) with your expected delivery date. If a private courier is used, shipping charges may vary accordingly. Local deliveries by road are available in the Thrissur town area at ₹10 per km, with expected delivery within 1 to 3 days or even on the same day if requested. You can mention local delivery at checkout, and our team will contact you to confirm the location. 

Shipping charges for domestic orders are ₹49 across India, while international orders start at ₹600. International orders can be placed via Instagram DMs or WhatsApp, as shipping charges may vary depending on weight and destination. Deliveries outside India may also be subject to additional service fees.

It is essential to provide an accurate delivery address, including PIN code and contact number, as returned deliveries due to incorrect or insufficient addresses will require payment of shipping charges again. Please review your order carefully before submission, as changes cannot be made once it is placed.
