Return & Refund Policy

At SAMAH, every jewel is carefully crafted and thoroughly checked before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, you may request a return and refund under the following conditions:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement

    • A full unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage.

    • The video must be continuous, from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unboxed, with no cuts, edits, or filters.

    • Requests without proper video proof will be declined immediately.

  2. Condition of Product

    • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

    • Approved returns must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and jewelry boxes included.

  3. Refund Timeline

    • Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

    • The refund will be credited back to the same bank account used for the purchase.
