At SAMAH, every jewel is carefully crafted and thoroughly checked before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, you may request a return and refund under the following conditions:
Unboxing Video Requirement
A full unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage.
The video must be continuous, from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unboxed, with no cuts, edits, or filters.
Requests without proper video proof will be declined immediately.
Condition of Product
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery will not qualify for a refund.
Approved returns must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and jewelry boxes included.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
The refund will be credited back to the same bank account used for the purchase.
